myTouch 3G
The myTouch 3G is on it’s way. The myTouch 3G is a brand new handset headed for T-Mobile, whose main attraction is that it can be personalized. T-Mobile teams up with Google on this phone to allow users to add shortcuts to different apps & widgets on their homepage screen, decorate the exterior with preset images or create one of your own & many other methods of “personalizing” your myTouch 3G.
Features on the myTouch 3G include: Google Android OS version 1.5, 3G, GPS, WiFi, microSDHC slot, UMA, full HTML browser, Bluetooth 2.0, a 3.2 megapixel camera with video, touch screen, 3.2″ HVGA display, video / MP3 players, predictive text input, email, & the ability to personalize the handset to make it unique. Honestly, I think this is a pretty cool little cell phone. It looks great, and has everything that most people would use. I think the personalization gig is a little over-hyped, but it’s still cool none-the-less, and will be especially attractive to younger users. It’s definitely worth taking a look at, if you’re in the market for a new T-Mobile handset.

Two reasons for the pits. #1) After owning the T-Mobile Wing for 2yrs. And exspecting to watch streaming videos with no problems. What I got was freeze-ups during buffering with the highest speed
available on the wing. Of course no one told me at the time and purchase at TM that there was no tower in the coverage area in Pensacola,FL. But I was told that there coverage area was expandiNG. But after
$399 spent. Still no tower for Pensacola in 2yrs. #2) I up-dated my contract for a My Touch 3G. I ordered
it on line, and have it as I speak. You guessed it. After spending $299. Still no tower to accommodate the
now 3G. I talked with another TM represenative. And received the same old song and dance. Both phones are really great. But not if you live in Pensacola. Is there anyone in Pensacola; or any town, in any state
with the same situation? http://www.mytouch3gforum.com
