My Samsung Axle review: The Samsung Axle is a fairly basic cell phone now available at US Cellular. The exterior design & buttons are very simple and straightforward. I think the call quality lags behind a bit, but it’s still functional. I do like that it comes with Bluetooth, a camera (although it’s a measly .3 megapixels) and voice dialing. The camera takes pretty grainy pictures, so don’t expect it to replace your regular shooter.

While the Samsung Axle’s feature set isn’t exactly high-end, it should still be enough to satisfy most people. I think there are a few better options out there, however with a price tag of only $49.95 after 2-year agreement, the Samsung Axle does look a lot more attractive. It’s a great starter phone, and will be more than enough if you’re main goal is to call people.
