Samsung T301gA Samsung T301g review: The Samsung T301g is a highly-anticipated slider phone available now at TracFone. The design is nothing new, but it’s still a pretty cool looking handset. The features on this cell phone are pretty basic, but it will still be enough for most users. Texting is fairly easy, and I really liked how the slider keypad felt. Call quality, I’m afraid, is quite dismal. I’m guessing it was due to the poor reception I was getting. Maybe others will have better luck with that.

The Samsung T301g’s most prominent features are: a .3 megapixel VGA camera, 128 MB of built-in memory, Bluetooth, speakerphone & MMS messaging. The camera is fine, but like any camera under a megapixel, it takes pretty grainy photos. I can’t highly recommend this phone, because I think there are other TracFone handsets which are better (such as the LG 600g). I’m definitely not saying the T301g is a horrible handset, it just won’t give you the most bang for your buck, in my opinion.
