So that takes us to the second way which is the price.  Whether you mind the lumps and bumps or not you have to consider if price is a factor.  In other words are you willing to have better look even if you have to pay more.Or is that extra money something you need?Now if you do, you have to really take into account if the bumps will bother you.  Many clients in this economy have opted to save money from what I have experienced in my Encinitas roofing company.
