If you are shopping for an RCA Projection Television, you will need to consider quite a few choices.  RCA is an outstanding example of the companies that have continued making rear projection in addition to front projection televisions.  People who want the sight and sound of a big screen in their house are relying on RCA to show them the way.

The reason most TV owners choose a projection television over an LCD flat screen is the projection TV’s ability to offer a movie on a giant screen that is far above the the quality offered by original big screen televisions.  When big screen televisions began to become popular, they could not access the technology that is available today for television projection.  Consequently, it was difficult to enjoy the video up close or from different angles of the room.  The new RCA projection television line solves those problems.  The new technology now used by RCA makes it possible for you to comfortably enjoy the picture up close in addition to from quite a few angles around the room. Additionally, the price tag on the RCA projection televisions is significantly lower than the regular big screen televisions for the same size model, although the cost of LCD televisions has dropped over the last year or more.

A 52 inch screen represents a good sized unit and very effective for average to large rooms.  The RCA 52 inch projection CRT TV was designed to incorporate CRT technology, which has been very successful when used with rear projection television sets.  This technology provides a great quality picture and a wide band video amplifier.  For a large screen television, it is surprisingly reasonably priced and is designed by a name that you can trust – RCA.

If you would prefer a larger screen, you can move up to the RCA projection television which measures 56 inches.  This also produces a high definition video and a wide band video amplifier.  The CRT technology that is employed with each of these sets enables them to send in the signal for both sound and picture consecutively, so that you do not have the feeling of disconnection which many customers experienced in early models of these appliances.

RCA is one of the few manufacturers that are still perfecting the picture quality in rear projection televisions.  Despite the commonality of the flat screen LCD televisions, quite a few people prefer the RCA projection television sets since RCA’s models produce a clearer and better defined picture.  The primary selling point of flat screen televisions is they are made to be attached to your wall – but few consumers take advantage of this.

RCA projection television sets are currently manufactured in both rear and front projection.  They use CRT and DLP technology and range in size from 52 to 72 inches.  People who would prefer a big screen television set from a compaly that they can trust at an affordable price are selecting an RCA projection television.
