**triangle-ish
i was wondering if you could make this into more of a triang-lish stalking hat?
i dont understand when you say to double crochet in the single crochet. do you mean literally squeexe throught the knot or the space beside it?
Keep practicing and you will get it.
i love it so much…but i counldnt made one for myself yet
I love it! I made one for me!
The grips on my hooks are pencil grips. Any type of pencil grip will work. The ones I use are from Wal-mart and called Gel Grips or Gooshy Grips.
Hi Theresa, I wanted to thank you for all your tutorials. I have learned a whole lot from them. Yesterday I did the white hat with brim and it came out beautiful. My daughter loved it so much that I ha to give it to her to wear. Thanks one again….by th way, where can I get that crochet grip you had on your video?
Once you get the first few rounds complete and just below the spout, you would want to work in rows. This will make the split so you have a place for spout.
Hi Theresa, I want you to know that I learned to crochet from your youtube videos, a year and a half ago, and I’ve made so many things since then, including this hat last Christmas for 4 different people. I was wondering if you have any ideas on how I can convert this pattern to make a Teapot Cozy?
Theresa, you are the best, this one however the shell bunny hat, is not clear at all, i had to give it up in the middle since i couldn’t make sense of the instructions, if you have the chance to film it again, this time with clearer instructions that would be so great, thanks

I am using a G hook which may be similar size to what you are using.
Do i have to use the same size crochet hook, cause i’ve been using a 4.25 mm and it seems to work out for everything?
You do not have to use the exact same yarn and brand that I use. If you choose a different size yarn, you may need to modify to smaller or large yarn. If you purchase a different brand of yarn that is 4 ply, it should come out close to the size it is supposed to be.
hi You are amazing!!! Just wanted to know if i can use any type of yarn to make this hat or do I have to make it with thick? I have this other kind of yarn I bought to make a scarf but I really want to also make a hat to go with it. Thanks
Thank you. You can purchase crochet hooks at Wal-mart or at a local yarn store. If you do not have any of those your can purchase them online from Joann Fabric and Crafts, Herrschners or Annies Attic.
If the instructions tell you to slip stitch to the third double crochet, then that is what you need to do to get to the starting point. You make the chain 1 and work the single crochet in the same stitch.
you rock at crochet!!!! i would get so annoyed that i would quit, all i can make is a scarf, well i know how to but ive never finished one. i know this is a dumb question but where can you get crochet hooks?
