I could bet all my money on the fact that a rock band (ok, the lead singer) would never choose a microphone adorned with Swarovski crystals. Or at least this is how I see it. It’s not a very good compatibility between those blingy gadgets that are very bright and shiny and the character of a rock band.

But the microphone I’m about to present to you is aimed at those who are fond of the Xbox 360 and of the Lips game that is available in the market since November last year. The game allows you to enjoy a singing experience and from now on it will be more extravagant than ever.

The limited edition of the Lips microphone is, just as I said, adorned with Swarovski crystals and is the result of the efforts made by Crystal Roc. For those who don’t know, Crystal Roc is very well known all over the world, among the celebrities, for a special line of musical instruments that are all studded with those sparkling little crystals. The so-called divas that had the privilege to use Crystal Roc’s instruments include J-Lo (come on, Jennifer Lopez), Kylie Minogue, Leona Lewis and Rihanna, and these are just some of the examples I might give to you.

The 1,000 Xillion Rose crystals won’t turn this device into a rock band microphone, but it will certainly make you feel like a genuine rockstar. Being part of a limited edition of no more than a hundred units, they will be sold for $680 each.
