Garmin Nuvi 350 Review

The Nuvi is approximately the size of a deck of playing cards, making it easy to carry anywhere, which is ideal no matter what you want to use it for. Nuvi’s rechargeable battery has relatively short 4 hour life for bicycling. The 350 comes ready to go right out of the box with preloaded City Navigator NT street maps, including a hefty points of interest (POIs) database with hotels, restaurants, fuel, ATMs and more.

Features of Garmin Nuvi 350
The Garmin NĂ¼vi 350 is based on the SiRFstarIII GPS chip, which boasts fast satellite-acquisition times and improved GPS-signal reception in areas where the view of the sky may be partially blocked by dense foliage or tall buildings.

Price

Its original retail price of $969 may be more than you’re willing to spend on a pocket-size GPS system, and if you want to take advantage of any of the travel tools, such as the language translator, you’ll have to shell out even more money.

Luckily you can now find this product much cheaper! Have a look:

Buy.com - $333.99 - Garmin nuvi 350 - Portable GPS System (Refurbished)

Shop.com - $333.99 - Garmin nuvi 350 Personal Travel Assistant GPS Navigator 3.5′ Screen (Refurbished)

The Nerds - $362.24 - GPS, NUVI 350 BILINGUAL

ClubMac - $390.97 - Nuvi 350 Personal Travel Assistant GPS Navigator

Bottomline
I was anxious after reading so many amazing and positive garmin nuvi 350 reviews that perhaps I was setting myself up to be disappointed with over expectations from a cheap little piece of gadgetry, but after I ordered and received it, I was happy to realize that the nuvi 350 would live up to the hype that it has garnered on the internet review comments and the expectations I had built from reading so much positive information on it.

The Garmin Nuvi 350 is head and shoulders above its competition, compared to TomTom and Magellen. Not all GPS units are equally accurate, due to programming differences, so the Garmin Nuvi 350’s high degree of accuracy is very important, not to mention refreshing.
