We first got wind of Sony’s PlayStation Suite SDK back at the Tokyo Game Show in September, but the company just opened up the application process for a closed beta test, letting Windows XP and Windows 7 users in the US, UK and Japan submit their credentials for early access. Those getting the nod from Sony will be able to develops apps for use on the PS Vita, which is set to hit in February, along with the PS Suite — that “hardware-neutral” framework that’ll allow access from non-PlayStation branded products, including the Xperia Play, Tablet S and Tablet P, with the potential for third-party devices to come as well. The SDK uses the C# programming language, and doesn’t require devs to have access to actual Sony hardware — so don’t expect a Vita to show up at your door anytime this year. Think you have what it takes to be a Sony dev? Hit up the source link to send ‘em the word.

Pensacola, Fla. — Pensacola car title loans now offers the lowest interest rates in Florida for title loans up to the state’s maximum amount of $3,500.

Pensacola Car Title loans has simplified the application process so borrowers fill out a simple online form, receive a quick follow-up phone call and can have their loan funded in as little as one hour. The loan amount is based on the value of the borrower’s vehicle. The borrower continues to use the vehicle during the life of the loan.

Loans are approved regardless of your credit score— no credit, bad credit, bankruptcy or foreclosure is never a barrier to a loan from Pensacola Car Title Loans. The company won’t check your credit history and does not even verify employment. The vehicle title is collateral for the loan.

The application process starts with a very quick and easy online form, which the applicant can also complete by phone, if desired. Only basic contact information and details about the vehicle’s make, model, year and mileage are required, all of which can be completed in not time at all. The applicant then receives a quote instantly on the amount of the loan along with pre-approval. Within minutes a Pensacola title loans customer service specialist will be in contact to provide details of the loan and answer any questions. There is no obligation.

Not only do they provide the most generous vehicle appraisals in Florida, Pensacola Car Title Loans also offers flexible payment plans of up to 42 months.

The borrower decides how much of the approved amount to borrow and how long they want to pay off their loan. The loan money can be used for any purpose, whether to pay rent, bills or medical expenses, to take a vacation or to buy a gift — it’s the borrower’s decision and Pensacola Car Title Loans doesn’t ask.

Also with Pensacola Car Title Loans you will not be charged prepayment penalties, unlike with other lenders. There are no hidden fees when you pay off your loan eary — interest is charged only on the outstanding principal of the loan. In fact, making accelerated payments can end up lowering your payments.

Once a borrower has decided on the amount of the loan and the repayment terms, they can get their money within an hour. All the borrower needs is a photo ID, access to the car’s title, and to have the vehicle available for a routine inspection. The loans can also be deposited directly into a borrower’s bank account, if it’s more convenient.

Because of the ease of application, the lowest interest rates, flexible terms and generous vehicle appraisal, Pensacola Car Title Loans has emerged as the preferred source of title loans in the area.

Pensacola Car Title Loans is licensed in Florida and is part of a nationwide network of title lenders with a reputation of offering the lowest interest rates, most flexible terms and the highest allowable vehicle values anywhere.

You’ve probably heard about the BMW Mini E lease program — 500 or so of the little buggers were let into the wild to be given real-life, long-term testing by regular people. It seems like the program was a success, because BMW is doing it again, this time with their Active-E (Activeeee!) concept, a more practical car for most people, but also mighty expensive.

The Active-E is a converted 1-series, yet weighs nearly 4000 pounds and as a result, acceleration and handling are probably nothing to write home about. Still, I’m sure it’d be a nice car to get around in, although you’ll be paying through the nose: $850/month, plus a grueling application process.

Like the Mini E, the Active-E is extremely pre-production, so all these specs are probably going to change, I suppose most notably the weight and range, as batteries get more efficient over the next couple years of testing.

The process of earning your degree online doesn’t have to be a complicated one. You can earn a degree with little hassle and great success by just knowing what is available and taking hold of your future. Make your dreams a reality by taking an online course and furthering your education. Whether you are just starting your college education or you desire to earn a degree that will help you gain a higher standing in your company, online education is the way to go. This modern way of education has helped millions worldwide gain access to degree while maintaining their social, family, business and community obligations. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

College Online Application- The process of applying to an online university course is very similar to a typical on campus application process. You will probably be required to write an essay or two, give your information and transcripts (if you have transcripts) and you will possibly be contacted by phone for a personal interview. Do not be intimidated by the college online application process. They are simply trying to find out who you are, what you would like to study and your qualification to take the course (if you have the prerequisites in place.). Be confident, be yourself and be excited!

College Online Classes- The college online classes offered come in a variety. You can earn a degree in teaching, law, sports medicine, technology, journalism, psychology, and so much more! Depending on the degree, you will easily be able to find out how long your degree will take. The excellent thing is, online courses are not just for undergraduate courses, they also include Masters degrees, PhDs and MBAs as well. Class settings for each individual course will vary. Some are broken up into weeks where you read a certain amount then write a short essay of 500 words or so at the end of the week. Others are broken down into days and you are sent MP3 versions of lectures. If you are curious as to how the classes operate, never hesitate to ask before you apply.

College Online Learning- The benefits of college online learning are many! You will not have to commute, you can do it in your own time and you are not obligated to be absent from events you desire to be present at. Online learning is an excellent option for those who need to stay employed yet need to further their educations.

Apple's said no background apps on the iPhone forever, citing it destroys stability and system resources. Today, three reputable publications have independently claimed that Apple is having a change of mind. What the hell?

Techcrunch, Gruber and Alley Insider (Alley first) all claim to have sources that say Apple is working on and discussing just how they can run applications in the background. (An example of such an application and a potentially convenient use for background apps is an IM client that would alert you as soon as you got a message; Apple previously claimed their now late push data system could alert dormant applications of new events without needing those apps to be open. Open apps would take up resources.)

Part of this rumor is that Apple would require applications that run in the background to undergo a more thorough application process for the iTunes store. That makes sense and is the most likely scenario. Apps could be vetted (even more stringently than the current approval process) for processor and memory usage, then approved for being a background-capable app.

Why would they change their minds? Well the Palm Pre is certainly the main reason we can think of. Palm has, to many reporters, said that the Pre's advantages lie in its faster hardware, light operating system designed specifically for a mobile environment, ability to run multiples programs at once—each referred to in the UI as a card—despite the potential battery drain. And the Pre, as we all know, is high up on the list of things we're all excited for.

But what makes more sense is for all of this to be for the next hardware iteration of the iPhone, one that has more processing power and memory—two things that are in tight supply on the current versions. This would mean Apple could stick to their story of not being able to support background apps now, but still deliver on something just about everybody wants.

We'll find out more at WWDC 2009, I'm sure.
