IPhone 3GS Phone Evaluation

Posted by on Tuesday, 16 August, 2011

I know that virtually everyone has heard of the iPhone. This is considered one of Apple’s top sellers ever. Of course, the competition are not allowing the iPhone steal the fun as brand new mobile hardware technology is revealed. Considering that mobile phones keep on being used for other operations other than talking on the phone, advancements in the hardware and software continue to be made on a regular basis. Even though the iPhone 4 has already been introduced, the iPhone 3GS remains a top selling phone.

Strengths

The key reason that the iPhone 3GS is such a well liked phone is primarily due to the ground work that the previous models performed. Although not every person is crazy about the iPhone, the app store provides over three hundred thousand applications which were developed by other people, for only that phone. Although the Android is making its mark inside the smart phone world, iPhone consumers still end up receiving the majority of the newest applications long before Android users. The software for this smartphone is also upgradable, making this phone a number 1 option for a lot of people. The actual update intended for this phone takes the phone to a whole new level by providing faster browser speeds.

On the hardware end, the iPhone 3GS looks like the past two iPhones which is perfect for people that are already used to the style. As the display received no cosmetic advancements, the actual surface of the touchscreen display is actually more resistant to smudges and fingerprints. Also if you’re looking for noticeable improvements in the camera function, you got it. With 3 MP and auto focus you will find a noticeable difference between the older models. And since many men and women love to use their phones as convenient camcorders the point that this unit captures video at 30 fps, can be impressive enough, nevertheless, you are also able to upload your videos straight to YouTube.

Down Sides

If you’re in to multitasking, you will need to purchase 2 iPhone 3GS’s, basically because this specific phone isn’t built for multitasking, even with the upgrade. The truth is, should you compare the 3G and 3GS, the list of variations isnt actually that much apart from the speed enhancements. Although this phone has lots more capabilities than most phones currently available, some individuals still believe that it is a waste and people ought to just get the iPhone 4.

Decision

The fact that you can easily pick up this cell phone for $49 through AT&T providing you sign up for a two year contract, makes this particular phone extremely attractive to many individuals. I am sure you remember when this smartphone first was released it cost around 4 times that amount, so  for the  price tag  it  is certainly  a  great  deal. You could be as worn out of the hype about wireless surround sound system as we are. Except of course you have previously heard about wireless surround sound system. You can realize whether or not it’s legitimate in a New York City minute.

Olympus’ LS-20M boasts dual mics and 1080p recording, split personality

Posted by on Tuesday, 3 May, 2011
Cisco may have washed its hands of pocket camcorders, but Olympus is ready to dive into the market with gusto. The company, best known for its cameras and voice recorders, just brought those two worlds together by announcing the LS-20M, a handheld whose relatively high-end audio specs should help it go toe-to-toe with Zoom. In addition to 1080p video, the LS-20M records 24 bit / 96 mHz Linear PCM audio using a pair of condenser mics. Alas, at 0 it has a small 2-inch screen and no optical zoom, but at least Olympus borrowed four of the visual effects that make its PEN cameras so fun to use. Look for it in June, and in the meantime, hit the PR for more details.
