Episode Iii Star Wars

Posted by on Monday, 12 July, 2010

Episode iii Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith brought a new revelation in the chronological history of the space saga, Star Wars. In the Clone Wars, George Lucas showed us the way it all started with the childhood of Anakin Skywalker, that was to become Darth Vader in its adult years, and how the story had to move on. Episode iii Star Wars was released in May 2005 and enjoyed great reviews from critics, registering a huge box office success seven days after the launching. The series has always occupied a unique place in the history of cinema, which is why everybody was anxious to see how it all started.

The reason for which there was room for chronological additions is that George Lucas only outlined the basic plot in the 70s at the time of the project conception. Back then, details came second on the priority list, and the major actions were the ones to count for film making. Episode iii Star Wars required several scene modifications before it was released, as the director worked on editing, scripts and scene making equally. Nevertheless, the result was worth waiting for, since Episode iii Star Wars tackles with more than just the beginnings of the galactic empire, as it plunges into a revelation of evil and its corrupting force.

Design required just as much attention as the screenplay for Episode iii Star Wars, and Lucas was fully aware of it. The art department would work on hundreds of patterns that were supposed to appear on screen. During the film making, they even turned to pre-visualization techniques to see how the scenes and the characters would look like. Steven Spielberg was also involved in the making of the Revenge of the Sith, observing all the work Lucas’ team assumed in the careful sequence analysis. Stunts are an incredible and must-have part of the film, particularly in what the fight scenes are concerned; thus, the moment of the final duel between Anakin and Obi-Wan was filmed at the speed at which it actually took place, with very little tricks used to increase velocity.

Episode iii Star Wars was shot almost exclusively in the Fox Studios in Sidney, Australia, although various backgrounds were later shot for the purpose of creating practical environments. Thus, a team filmed the eruption of Mount Etna in Italy, and the material was used in the end of the film to create the background of the Mustafar planet. There was a theatrical version of Episode iii Star Wars released almost in the same time with the movie. The film premiered at the Cannes Film Festival on May 15, 2005, without entering the competition, while the play came out four days later.

2008 Piaggio MP3 500 Scooter Review Read the full scooter review at Motorcycle.com. www.motorcycle.com This is not your grandma’s scooter, to say the least. The three-wheeled MP3 goes around corners like a motorcycle thanks to some innovative engineering and looks like a cross between a grasshopper and a transformer. If Darth Vader had a scooter, this would be it.

Darth Vader Japanese Desk Clock With What Has To Be The Smallest LCD Clock Ever Created

If someone had a gun pointed at my head, demanding to know the time, and the only methods I had at my disposal were reading it off this Darth Vader Japanese Desk Clock, or somehow gauging it from the position of the sun and other stars in the sky, I’d definitely be reaching for my sextant. Because given the fact that Vader is 13-inches tall, reading that minuscule LCD display with the naked human eye is just not possible.

I don’t even know why they bothered adding a clock to the base anyways. If they had just left this is as a Darth Vader statuette, they could have easily charged way more than the $14.99 it’s currently on sale for at ThinkGeek. It’s definitely one of those instances where more is less. Oh and not surprisingly, it’s an officially licensed Lucasfilm collectible.

(And couldn’t they have just slightly adjusted the stance of Vader’s legs so the unsightly black support rod isn’t needed? I guess I’m just going to have to stop thinking about this… I’m choking on my own disgust here…)
