Samsung’s in a gifting mood, is giving away up to 16 free games for select Galaxy devices

Posted by on Wednesday, 21 December, 2011

Well, it seems as if the holiday freebies won’t stop coming. Chances are, if you own a smartphone you’re an app collectionista (sorry, guys), and if you’ve got a certain Samsung Galaxy device in particular you’re about to get a major boost to your application arsenal. In the spirit of the holidays, or maybe its 100 million downloads, Sammy’s going to hook you up with some free virtual treats from its Apps store. The selection of up to 16 games won’t be available for the entire line of galactic phones — and may vary by region — but if you own a Galaxy WiFi 5.0, Galaxy S II, Galaxy Note, Galaxy Ace or Galaxy Gio, then you are amongst the lucky ones. Included in the deal are games such as: Air Penguin, Air Attack HD, Bubble Fish, Samurai 2 and a few others (full list after the break). There’s no word on when the bargain ends, so hop into the store before you miss out.

Nintendo completes 3DS Ambassador program, delivers 10 GBA games to early adopters

Posted by on Saturday, 17 December, 2011

If you’ve still got the 3DS price drop blues, perhaps a fresh (and final) infusion of free games will help. Early adopters that signed into the Nintendo eShop before August 11th will find ten GameBoy Advance games tacked on to their handheld’s purchase history, retrievable via the same clunky redownload system that delivered the 3DS Ambassador program’s NES titles. Thankfully, the unintuitive process is relatively simple — just hop into the eShop’s menu, scroll down to “Settings / Other”, and select “Your Downloads,” to claim your (potentially-exclusive) games. Short of having a 3DS guide us through the Louvre, we can’t think of a better use for Nintendo’s fledgling handheld.

Welcome Back, Please Don't Hate Us

O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay! Seriously, even a few Engadget editors are chortling in joy. PSN and Qriocity service has been restored in the Americas, Europe, and Asia and to celebrate (and soothe the seething frustration of its customers) Sony has launched its “welcome back” program. To be eligible you’ll have to have been a member before April 20th but, otherwise, it’s relatively qualifier free. Fire up the PlayStation Store and head to the “Welcome Back” tab to claim your pair of free games (you’ve got five different options on the PS3 and four on the PSP). In addition everyone gets a month of PlayStation Plus gratis and there’s a selection of “On Us” movie rentals available over the weekend. There are a few other freebies to placate the masses too, like 100 free items in PlayStation Home, while Current Plus and Music Unlimited Premium subscribers get a 60 and 30 day handout respectively. If you’ve got any burning questions yet to be answered, check out the rather lengthy FAQ at source link and enjoy! It’s not everyday that a company just throws open the flood gates on free stuff.

Compete in Basketball Games While Never Abandoning Your Desk!

Posted by on Tuesday, 24 May, 2011

Forget going outside, getting all sweaty and scrounging around to find other players in the gym to play basketball games with!

The joy of participating in a basketball game now is available at your desk. You needn’t be shy about checking out hundreds of basketball games on the Internet, many of them which are available for free.

Play Basketball Games

Share your e-mail address and the doors are open to play online hoops on many websites. The bottom line here, some think, is that online basketball websites share e-mail info with advertisers in hopes of adding to the list of free games they have available to offer.

It’s left to you to decide if some e-mail harassment is an even tradeoff for potential hours of enjoyable time playing basketball online.

Harder versions of games always are available if the free games you receive no longer capture your attention.

Other games are more expensive, but contain:

  • More realistic play
  • More detail
  • Better sound

Top of the line basketball games can be found on consoles such as Nintendo Wii, PlayStation 3, or Xbox, plus in the CD-ROM computer game. It‘s surprising how real-to-life these consoles make a not real basketball game to be. Although details on all areas of the game are high, it‘s probably the graphics that‘s most impressive in these console games. They cost millions of dollars to produce and will cost you anywhere from $40-$60. One of the greatest things about these console games is you can challenge other players across the world to play against you through the network.

So, whether you’re the casual desk-bound basketball player or you need something more advanced with more life-like player motion in them, you can discover something that fits your own basketball playing needs and play basketball games online thanks to the Internet and broadband.

Reasons To Play A Free Roulette Game

Posted by on Tuesday, 10 May, 2011

Casino players are attracted by the idea of playing online roulette games for free. There are several reasons as to why this is the case, I will discuss them now. The main reason is because there are just so many different bets on the roulette table and it makes you want to experiment with your bets.

What I mean by this is that you will want to place different bets all over the table, for different amounts, just to see what the outcome will be. But, if you are playing a real game, this will most likely cost you a lot.

Playing a free game would therefore be your best option. One of the best places to actually play for free is this free roulette page which you can play as long as you want. Another reason as to why people like free games is that the opportunity will be there for you to test out roulette systems on them.

Searching online will bring you back lots of systems to choose from, including free ones and ones that you have to pay for as well. Some of theses systems are good, and some of them are not very good at all, in order to find out though you clearly need to test them.

It would be madness to use a system that you have no experience with in real money play straight away. When you do tests, you always need to do so with free money, so you will not be out of pocket if the system turns out to be useless.

Once you’re done playing for free and are ready to step over into real money games you will obviously want to do it at a fair casino. You will quickly see that there are lots of casinos to choose from, but the good ones are very few and far between.

One of the best ones has to be Bet365 Casino, they will treat you fairly every time. In addition to this, you will get your winnings from them very quickly indeed, when playing in an online casino, this is without a doubt the most important thing.
