Michael Jackson’s Thriller video has to be one of the most famous video clips ever. That single film clip changed the way film clips were both produced and viewed. A 14 minute video clip was never seen before 1983 and it actually set the world record for the “Most Successful Music Video” of all time. Thriller was seen as a mini-movie and completely different from the “band standing in front of a camera playing their song” type of film clip. It also launched the type of video clips everybody became accustomed to when it came to the iconic Michael Jackson.

The video was very dark, under the setting of a full moon, which most people associate with ghosts, goblins, goons, wolves and vampires. The setting was perfectly suited for this video and the choreography was something not previously seen in video clips. These dance moves have been imitated by many of the years, none more so than the last 3 or so months after the death of the King of Pop.

The Thriller Costume as worn by Michael in the video is one which can be quite easy to copy if you have the inclination for such a thing. The red vinyl jacket matched with red pants were fairly simple in design, but also a black “V” which went from the bottom of the back and looped over the shoulder to finish at the front of the jacket. Doing the same in cotton can be done to effect which allows everybody to know exactly who you’re dressing as.

Looking at second hand clothes stores is another option and you may be able to stumble across a red jacket or red pants that would work. The black “V” should be easy enough to copy by using something like black electrical tape or crepe paper sticky taped on. Leather is a popular type of fabric that you may be able to find these in.

The most expensive way to get yourself a costume is to hire one from a costume store for that halloween or dress up party you’re attending. The problems with hiring something like this is a) it’s costly and b) you have to return it at the end of the day so you’ve got nothing to show for it.

By far, the best way to get your hands on a authentic looking costume is to buy one. There are many choices to buying costumes, but the best way is finding Thriller Costumes that are officially licensed and authentic. You can also buy many accessories like the shiny glove and the black fedora hat. To add that extra flare to the costume, buy a wolf mask and become Michael Jackson once the full moon is out.

This is the question that torments each and every fan of the king of pop, irrespective of their personal beliefs. As far as I’m concerned, the reason that stays behind Michael Jackson’s death is irrelevant and makes no difference whatsoever. Knowing the truth, the whole truth, won’t bring the megastar back and won’t soothe anyone’s pain.

There are so many rumors the last days of his life, about his death and the funeral that is expected to take place sometime during next week, that won’t leave his spirit rest in peace. Of this I’m sure.

Anyone who had the chance to live like a king (a chance that was practically earned and well deserved, if you think about it) has the right (and we shouldn’t doubt it) to leave this world the same way: like a king. And it seems that Michael Jackson will have a royal departure. It will be the last eccentric adventure of the singer.

Michael Jackson will be buried in a magnificent casket that is made of solid bronze, being plated with 14-karat gold. Created by Batesville Casket Company whose logo is very suggestive, “because every family deserves a Batesville”, the coffin is similar to the one James Brown was buried in. And it’s worth $25,000. Insane? Maybe, but we’re talking about a human being that lived a life that was so very close to insanity, if you think about the enormous amounts of money spent on all sorts of unusual stuff.

So, maybe the question “how did Michael Jackson die?” will have no answer after all, but we will all know how he lived and how he was buried. Royally, you guys. Royally.
