What i’m looking for are some basic, step by step instructions so that i can create a Visual Basic GUI that is a Sidebar Gadget.
Or at least anything in that respect.
Any help or info on this is greatly appreciated.

Use the horizontal/Vertical scrolls bar tool and change the min and max properties. Then have it correspond with the value of something else. If you would be more descriptive I could write the code for you.
