Thanks to the software advances, now I can be perfectly at ease during a PC scan. I remember I was so irritated whenever any of my family member used to run a scanning program on the only PC our family used to own.
So how did I start to be at ease during a PC Scan? You may wonder. Well I achieved it in a very simple and straight forward fashion. I invested in tools that do the PC Scan while keeping the user at ease. And I suggest the same to you, it should not come as a surprise that today several tools are available that do not slow down the PC or introduce any kind of irritable halts while scanning it for any possible mal ware or viruses. These days it is possible to be at ease during a PC Scan. The only pre-requisite is that you have downloaded and installed the right PC Scan program that is aimed to provide you with ease. You can easily get the software in the market or if you want to shop in your pajamas you can get it online.Fair chances are that you will end up with good software. However, to be on the safe side make through checks before buying software. So always look for a reliable manufacturer. Also try to go through many reviews of the product before actually deciding to buy it. If you want a free version then download a trial version of the premium version. These are often valid for some days only but nevertheless they keep your PC clean. Also you can download a program from another manufacturer when one version expires. This practice may even prove to be very beneficial for you PC. It would be beneficial such that one manufacturer does not (and can not) give a cover for all types of viruses. It will leave some viruses sitting in your PC. But the other manufacturer may find the left out ones. So by this practice your computer can be ultra clean. Just do not forget to formally uninstall a scan program before installing another one. It is compatible with all the versions of Windows and has proven to be very efficient.

Free PC Error Scan-The Dynamics of the Free PC Error Scan

Posted by on Tuesday, 7 July, 2009

I am a big pro when it comes to benefiting from free software. I must tell you that there is loads of very efficient free software available online and the free PC error scan programs are a very useful category among them.
Many people argue that the PC error scans which come for free are not good as the premium or the paid versions. I agree. But my point is that most of the PCs at homes or even at offices are infected enough to be cleaned by the premium version. I am of the view that the premium versions should be used only if the PC is too infected or it contains information that is too sensitive. The registry of a computer is a highly sensitive and an equally important component. Over the passage of time the registry is filled with many kinds of obsolete files and good for nothing dormant software. For that reason the computer becomes extremely slow. The scan program raises all such issues. Sometimes the information is being used for criminal purposes and at other times these hackers ask the victim(s) for a handsome amount of money as ransom to get their information back. Never ever install a program from a site which looks suspicious to you in any way. Currently there are many sorts of junk emails circulating in the cyber world which contain a link claiming to be the link to a free PC scanning program. Once you click on the link the hacker will get immediate and full access to your PC. It wont matter if you remain online or get offline.
A very grave issue with the free PC error scan programs is they might not be able to detect some very malicious software. And though I am a strong advocate of not spending money on software, I never ever recommend free programs for PCs with highly sensitive information. There are some free PC error scan programs available online whose free versions also work very efficiently.

Of all the Free PC Error Scan software that I have come across, I have found the Spyzooka to be the best of the all. Download its free version and enjoy a safe computer. .

Posted by on Tuesday, 7 July, 2009

I still remember the days when I was deeply irritated by the PC scan routines. They used to slow down the PC like a snail and wasted a considerable amount of time. Fortunately, in these times and ages it is not a problem to do a PC Scan with ease. It is simply possible by following simple routines and by choosing software that suits yours and your PC requirements the most.
5 of us used to share the same PC so I rarely used to get as much time as I used to want. Other than having the PC shared with 4 other people, my family members used to regularly run a scan program that used to slow down the PC excruciatingly. A word of caution: be ware of the ‘fake’ scan programs. Never trust a program if it is not listed at a reliable web site. This is because many mal wares are sold as scan programs which can make your PC hacked or crashed. Or alternatively they will do nothing but you will loose the money that you paid for them.Once you have got the right and an efficient program, you will need to time it accordingly. For example you can set the scan routine to take place at a particular time of the day when the PC is not in use. However there are many programs that do not slow down the PC when they are running. And they increase the speed of the PC exceptionally once they are being run. Another way to keep you PC fast enough is to run the scanning program as much as possible. One way to perform a PC Scan with ease is to schedule it at a time when your PC is not in use. This way you will not have to bear irritating halts and slowed down hard disk. Also there are some scanning programs currently available that promise not to slow down the PC when they are running. When they are running the PC runs at an optimum speed and when they have finished their job, the computer becomes exceptionally fast. The Spyzooka is a program that made my Ease PC Scan program extremely easy and regular. My PC is having no problems at all and it has proven that all the money that I paid for it was totally worth it.

5 Easy Tips for Adware and Spyware Removal

Posted by on Sunday, 14 June, 2009

Adware and spyware, programs installed on your computer without your knowledge or consent, can significantly disrupt the way your computer functions. This article explains the impact of adware and spyware on your computer and discusses how you can remove these annoying, potentially dangerous, programs.

Adware and Spyware Removal #1: Be Aware of the Problem

Before you can protect yourself against adware and spyware, it's important to know what each program does. Adware delivers advertising to your computer in the form of annoying pop-ups, banner ads, toolbars, etc. Adware may also “hijack” your browser so that it opens to a new homepage, often having to do with pornography or commercial interests. Spyware is any program that records your keystrokes or online habits and sends that information back to a third party, who then uses it to steal your identity or to send a flurry of customized ads in your direction.

Spyware and Adware Removal #2: Know the Symptoms

Symptoms that your computer could be infected with adware or spyware include sluggishness (e.g., slower to start and run programs), slow browser, “hijacked” home page, pop-ups that include your name or other identifying information and occur even when you’re not web surfing, and items that appear or disappear from your favorite websites, etc.

Adware and Spyware Removal #3: Select a Good Scanning Program

If you think your computer is infected with adware or spyware, check it out. Download or buy a reputable program that will scan your computer for these annoying programs. Examples of programs you might want to try include Spyware Terminator or Ad-Aware SE Personal from Lavasoft. Beware of spam email that offers you links to an adware or spyware removal program. Chances are excellent that if you click the link, you’ll just be downloading more adware or spyware. Spyware Terminator has an excellent section on their webpage where they list free downloads and what programs, if any, those downloads are “bundled” with.

Adware and Spyware Removal #4: Delete

After running the scan, the adware/spyware removal program that you have selected will report the results to you. At that point, you will have the option of either deleting problem programs or quarantining them–moving them to a place on your computer where they can no longer spy on you or influence ad content.

The first time you run the scan, you may be shocked to find yourself with several hundred malware (i.e., malicious software) programs on your computer. Once you have removed the initial programs, set up a schedule to scan your computer at least once a week (some companies recommend as often as once a day).

Adware and Spyware Removal #5 : Be Careful What You Download in the Future

Adware and spyware programs typically get onto your computer in several ways. They may be the result of "drive by" downloads which attack unprotected computers connected to the internet. If your computer is always connected to the internet, install a personal firewall. Adware and spyware programs may also get onto your computer by being bundled with another program you have downloaded. Vulnerable programs include games, shared files, music and movie videos, screensavers, etc.

Take time to look at the user’s agreement before you “sign” it. Some user's agreements say explicitly that they intend to share your personal information, which means the program you are planning to download is almost certainly bundled with adware, spyware, or both. Adware and spyware can be a pain, but with a little time and internet savvy, you can remove these annoying, unwanted programs from your computer for good.
