Netflix recently announced that it has put its international expansion on hold until global profitability returns, but that doesn’t mean the company isn’t already making plans for additional markets.

A recent job ad searched for language specialists fluent in a dozen additional languages to localize the Netflix service. The ad, which has since been taken down, read in part:

“We are looking for experienced linguists with the ability to translate and customize marketing, UI and content materials for the target market. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with the right mix of technical, organizational and communication skills to provide localization for the Netflix experience in the following languages: Turkish, Dutch, Russian, French, Hindi, German, Italian, Danish, Korean, Finnish, Japanese, and Spanish.”

Netflix first crossed the U.S. border when it expanded to Canada in September of 2010, and then surprised everyone with a massive expansion to 43 countries across Latin America and the Carribean in July. Most recently, the company announced that it will open shop in the U.K. and Ireland in early 2012, and a Variety report hinted at an expansion to Spain in 2012 as well.

This kind of aggressive international expansion doesn’t come cheap: Netflix announced in conjunction with its most recent quarterly earnings that it expects to lose between million and million in foreign markets during the current quarter, and CEO Reed Hastings said during the Q3 earnings call that any further expansion is put on hold until the company returns to global profitability, which could take “some number of quarters.”

So Netflix won’t come to Korea, or any of the other countries mentioned, in the next few months. However, one shouldn’t assume that the company stands by idle, watching revenue numbers without preparing any further international roll-out. Of course, Netflix also wouldn’t want to tell the world where exactly it is gonna go next, which is why we should assume that some of those languages mentioned were simply thrown in the mix to confuse competitors.

Still, it’s worth looking at the list, if only to evaluate what would make the most sense for Netflix. I have to say I see three likely scenarios:

Russia and India: Netflix could further expand to emerging markets, which would be a similar long term bet as their launch in Latin America.

France, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Finland, Denmark, Spain and Turkey: Targeting continental Europe could be harder and more costly for Netflix, but also possibly bring some short-term rewards as the Internet infrastructure in most of those countries is en par, if not better than in the U.S., and household income isn’t far behind. This would essentially be a logical follow-up to its U.K. and Ireland plans.

Japan and Korea: Asia might be even more interesting to Netflix; Hulu of course recently launched in Japan, but I have a hunch that Korea would be an even better fit. The country has some of the home fastest Internet connections in the world, and people are already used to cloud media, thanks to countless Webhard-style offerings. Also, Netflix has seen a huge influx of Korean content in recent months, which would be essential to target the local market.

In the end, we’ll have to wait and see until Netflix makes some money again to figure out which of those countries it has had on the top of its list. A Netflix spokesperson told me that the company doesn’t discuss recruitment issues when asked about the job offer.

Most website design software focuses on giving you everything you need to design the right looking websites and blogs. There are some web design software applications, including XSitePro, that help you with the building of a brilliant website, even if you lack the technical know-how to do it. Such software also enables people to create online masterpieces as well as provides suggestions on how to make sites more accessible and easy to use for Net users. But these things are not the only necessary features of a great website. If you want to find out more on the initial steps to follow when creating a website, read on.

Even if you are just interested in making a blog that is not really intended for making money online, it is still a good idea to start with planning. Plenty of websites and blogs do actually suggest interesting thoughts and ideas, but they remain conceptual or untapped due to a lack of planning content. You should always think ahead, looking at what may be, however niche-specific your website may be. The opportunity to make money is always a possibility, no matter what the website may be about. It is always worth considering spending money on the right website design software, as the right one can be just the ticket to getting you through the stages of planning out what you need and want, so you can check off what you have acquired as you build up elements of your website.

The next step is determining your keywords and target market or audience. If you optimize your website for the search engines, you can get your website a high page rank, which will make all the difference when it comes to making any future revenue-based plans for your website. Of course, your subject of focus is important. If you are talking about your toenails, your target audience might be people who have foot fetish or those who are looking for ways to eliminate their toenail woes.

Lastly, getting that perfect website design software is just what you need to be on your way to producing fantastic web pages easily. In fact, website design software such as XSitePro will give you much better value for money, as they provide you with a complete range of tools and tips.

In this day and grow older, the one thing that is trending a lot is online marketing. The fact that there are several companies out there that does on exceptionally well thanks to cyberspace signifies that others also want to get in on the gold rush. Easy to understand of the matter is that internet promotion is absolutely different from outbound marketing and advertising.

This is what we understand conventionally as physical marketing wherever we send direct mailers and experience trade shows. The fact belonging to the matter is that marketing is being revolutionized. Now everyone is online and you should be there too!

One of the main aspects of online marketing is free traffic. This is where you make an effort to get as much free traffic and often to your site. Use micro niche finder to help you find a good niche. The more individuals who enter your site the better it’s since you can convince them to get an adopter. This also depends on the content of your site and whether it’s remarkable.

What you also need to understand is whether or not you are getting t he appropriate people via free traffic. Such as, it is pointless getting grandmother entering your site if you’re selling flashy cars. This is why even if you are getting free traffic you should ensure that they are the right type.

The best thing that can be done when looking for free traffic is usually to link up your site with blogs or social media groups that is associated with you. For case in point, if you are selling fancy cars, the chances are that people who wear designer clothes are generally your target market too. So what you require to do is to link up your webblog with blogs and other sites that take care of clothes and designer brands. The free traffic that these sites generate is a ones that are ideal for you personally.

All in all, you need to consider the truth that free traffic is not often good. Maintaining a great blog that has remarkable content just might help you in your quest as well at the end of the day. Keeping this in your mind, you should also note of which, you must consider all different aspects in tandem with cost-free traffic. You see the thing usually online marketing is a concept containing many elements attached to this; hence you need to be sure that everything works well and to be able. For instance, social media has to worth with lead generation and also article posting. Just doing one and forgetting the other will not cut it. To get a deeper understanding of that workings of online marketing you should read as much as you are able to on it. For the world’s best micro niche finder, go here

Because of the automotive industry’s problems with recalls while in the process of trying to battle the poor economy, the people in car dealer marketing have had to become more prepared in terms or who to target for what vehicles and more creative to get people interested in the product. car dealer websites have had to be a lot better more efficient when it comes to being easy to navigate and understand in order to drive customers to various dealerships. Over the past few years, it has been quite entertaining to see how different auto companies have come to target very specific customers with their advertising campaigns. This article gives three different examples of automakers that have the knowledge and ability to narrow their consumer market to a pretty small fraction of total auto consumers, simply through their advertising campaigns.

The Toyota Sienna is very noticeably marketed towards those customers who have families. Their latest television ads star parents, who before they had children said they never wanted a mini-van, now love their mini-van because of all the space and the ability to play movies or television shows for their kids. The commercial even gives a glimpse of the mother having a relaxing moment in her mini-van. So not only is the commercial targeting moms and dads with kids, it has narrowed its market even further by looking at moms and dads who never intended or intends to have a mini-van. Toyota is attempting to make it feel like it is the fashionable parents who drive mini-vans and enjoy it at the same time.

The Mini-Cooper is targeted towards the young, very fashionable market. The mini-cooper targets the young ones who want to have fun with their vehicle and those who want a more personalized experience with their automobile. In large cities, mini-cooper has been able to put up screens that send a personalized message to the individual driving the car as soon as the sign registers that specific car is in the area.

The Nissan Cube is marketed towards the young, ages 16-25, market with its pricing and simply customized features. This automobile can be made personal anyway the driver wants. There is also an Internet component can go to try different seat, dashboard, and outside paint colors. There are also different options in terms of features of the car, like a CD player or built-in satellite radio that is unlike quite a few other automobiles. The pricing on these types of vehicles is set lower than the average automobile to entice the younger people to purchase this kind of vehicle.

It is pretty fascinating to see how each automobile industry is doing market segmentation. With every different kind of automobile, you will be able to see a very clear difference between each when it comes to how the vehicle is branded and sold to customers. Another pretty new example of automakers targeting specific markets is Toyota with the Prius. The Prius is marketed towards anyone who cares a lot for the environment and those who like to be the first to have the latest technology. It will be interesting in the coming years to see how the auto-industry is able to get over the economic downturn and if any of the auto-makers will increase their target market to include more consumers.

Incorporate well written brochures to your marketing mix as they work well especially when you already have other tools such as websites. To be discussed are certain aspects related to creating the type of brochures companies clamor for.

Know what your customer wants. Select a target market and make a list of their possible interests. Basic inclusions you need in your brochure are answers to their questions, focus for their concerns, and consideration for their issues. Never compromise your brochure for a quick print out, assess the information to see if the content will be useful for your clients. Help on Brochure Design is easy to get.

You are not the product to be promoted by the brochure. Owners usually make the mistake of using their brochures to promote their companies, wasting time and space as a result. Do not leave your company background to do the selling for you, they can simply assist you when you establish your credibility.

Before anything else, a customer will look into the benefits that could be gained from a service. Clients put much value to the wiifm principle, sometimes as much value as that from a money saving service. Pronounced wiffim, the WIIFM acronym actually stands for what’s in it for me. To get the answers you seek for your brochure, think like a customer when you ask yourself this question.

Establish a brief, forceful copy for your brochure.Simple, short sentences peppered liberally with action verbs heighten your readability. Concentrate on a client’s benefits. Blank areas in marketing pieces are actually beneficial. Whenever the reader wants to rest from reading, he can simply use these white areas for his eyes.Using fewer sentences, bullet points can be used for details. You can get resources on Custom Brochure Design by visiting this site.

Gain useful information by letting a customer tell you about her preferences. A piece of advice though is to stay away from too much information. Asking someone’s opinion is a flattering remark that could put you on the receiving end of a barrage of useful and useless responses. By avoiding this pointless activity, you can spend quality time working on developing your original brochure plans.

The design phase can only be started when the brochure copy has been nailed down, unless you are a marketing materials production expert.Even if the alterations are somewhat negligible, any changes will call for pricey layout reformatting. Use your time wisely and place as many hours as you see fit to complete the copy. As you finish up your writing, review what you’ve written. Were you able to promote your products and services in an appealing way?

Make sure that your sensible headlines give a call to action. Because most readers quickly glance through a marketing piece before deciding to read it thoroughly, attention grabbing that will invite them to continue reading are key. Headlines invite people to delve deeper if they want to know more about a certain thing.

Engage your clients into wanting to know more about your offerings, do this by providing an informative introductory company brochure. Remember that clutter only leads to confusion, more information will be retained when the statements are brief. A client should know why a company like yours is different from the rest, so be upfront. It is a good idea to implement a well judged and convincing overall design. One way of communicating what you can do for a client is to make use of proper images on your brochure, do not simply depend on a company logo. The absence of complex gradients, reversed out text, and water marks can make it much easier for readers to understand. Traditional designs for font sizes and other parts of visual style exist.

People should understand the language. Your identity is instituted through your company’s brochure in the same way as certain events are attributed to the Victorian era. Show your potential customers that you are trustworthy and detail oriented, and do so by getting professional services to make your brochure as credible as possible. Not only should your contact information be detectable but the text should also be clear. Your contacts may ask for a printed copy or an electronic version, see to it that you have both.

There was a time when getting listed on a printed directory was seen as one of the most basic things one needed to do when setting up a business. And there was a lot of merit in doing this because people would turn to a printed directory whenever they needed to contact any kind of business. Today, the business environment and consumer behavior patterns have changed thanks in great part to technology and the internet in particular. Even though printed business directories are still used today , the fact that more people trust the internet as a source of varied sources of information means that online business directories are fast gaining ground as the place to look for the location and contacts of a business.

Before setting up an online business directory, it is important that you do some research on online business directories that already cover your intended target market whether it is business in your locale or business within a particular industry. Starting to understand what your future competition is important in helping shape your business strategy and knowing what works and what does not. That said, never forget that just because an existing online business directory has been unable to meet its growth targets does not necessarily mean that you will also struggle with setting up your business. As long as the business concept is financially viable , you need only learn from the way they do things .

Next thing you need to do is ensure that you have all the requisite licenses and business permits. Also, think up a few names to use as your domain name and check their availability before selecting one. Make sure that the domain name you select reflects the purpose of the website-an online business directory. You want a name that people will easily remember and that they will associate with a directory service. You are likely to find some common names such as onlinedirectory.com or directoryonline.com already taken up. However, you can always come up with interesting word combinations that will bring out the idea of a directory and still be unique.

Next you need to consider what kind of information your online business directory will comprise . Keep in mind that you are not the only one competing for clients therefore ensure that your website displays suitable information that will ensure that anyone surfing will be able to find the business they are searching for. But be careful not to go to the other extreme of including information that will not be relevant. At the minimum, the directory should include the name of the business, the industry it specializes in, the type of products it offers, phone, email, and fax contacts as well as physical address.

As soon as the structure of your website is complete , start to think about how you will market your online business directory. However, it best to do this only after you have the website up and running. Depending on the amount of capital you have at your disposal , you should develop both online and offline marketing campaigns . With offline you can place advertisements in the press, local radio or the malls. On online strategies, you must make use of the best internet marketing techniques including link building, posting on article directories, optimizing the appropriate keywords and use pay per click advertising. Visit the following Vaal Triangle Business Directory that can benefit your business.

The Dell 1700 Printer is priced at around $200. The target market of this printer is people with a home office or a small business. You do not need any network specialist to help you set it up. Just plug it in to the router and you are good to go. The printer is limited to 15,000 monthly printouts. It is just enough for those small offices or business. The print quality is good enough for reports, homework, and forms. However, the print quality it provides is insufficient for complex logos and designs.

The printer’s color is the patented Dell Black and grey. The dimensions and weight is the same with other laser printers in its class. It uses a standard built-in 10/100 Base-T Ethernet, parallel, and USB port. The three ports are located at the back of the printer.

The tray on top can fit 150 sheets, but base of the printer can hold 250 sheets. If you need more capacity, you can purchase a tray that can hold up to 550 sheets. There is also a slot in the front cover that can be used as the manual feeds for printing envelopes. There are only two buttons on the control panel, which makes it very easy to operate. The five LEDs also indicate the status of the printer.

The package includes a 3,000-page yield cartridge, which you can recycle and get a $30 discount if you get a new one. You also have the option of upgrading to the 6000-page yield cartridge for $89.95. Printing costs can be as low as 1.5 cents per page. A brand new 3000-page yield cartridge is around $100 and the other cartridge is $129.95.

The Dell 1700 printer has an upgradable 32mb memory, which is enough for a home or small office. However, if you are going to use it for a workgroup, you may need to upgrade the memory. The printer has two 100-pin DIMM slots for the additional memory. The upgrades are around $40 for the 64MB or $50 for the 128MB.

The device can network with Windows based computers, but it does not support Macs. You would need to use the USB or parallel cable if you want to use it for a Mac. The USB and parallel cable is not included with the printer. The manual and illustrations make the setup a very easy process. It also comes with an installation disk for installing the device’s utility software. The printer will automatically check the print queue and toner levels. It’s a feature that most of us need.

The printer’s software is very easy to use. You can easily use the software that enables that lets you check the usage of each user. Watermarks and overlays features are also included. Unfortunately, only the system administrator can modify or erase them.

The Dell 1700 printer using the Dell Laser 1700 replacement toner has a standard one-year exchange warranty. However, you can purchase additional warranty from the manufacturer. You can even sign up for packages that include next day support. Dell also offers around the clock technical support through the phone or website. To maintain quality printouts, not only sign up for warranty but keep extra compatible toner cartridges on hand. You can easily find Dell cartridges online.

You might as well be searching for the best one way link building strategy which would be best for your online business, right? There are many ways for you to be able to gain a lot of strategies available, though you may need to search for the best. In looking for a business marketing strategy, you should look into something that would fit your business and meet your expectations.

Let’s say that you are starting up a business and you would like to make sure that you will be getting your business right on track, you are going to look into an effective link building strategy to help you out and you may be needing help from a marketing firm that would be able to assist you on how to go about it. Try looking into the best business marketing strategies that are good for starting businesses..

We all know how competitive it is to enter the business world and the only way that you can get ahead of your competitors is if you are being taken care of a very good marketing company who’s able to utilize a very good business marketing strategy for your new business.

The most common business marketing strategy being used, may deal with building websites. Just put in mind that this is something that you would have to work out with the marketing company that you chose to assist you in this. And then after, you’ll have to get very good web content. When we say good web content, aside from it is readable, the content must express what the business would have to say for itself.

And then you may have the content of your website search engine optimized. If you are not aware of this, building one way links are usually determined by the keywords that you fit into your web content and have it optimized accordingly to the ranking of search engines. This is necessary to drive traffic into your website and obtaining more traffic means gathering more clients.

The more traffic you bring to your website, the more chances you get to your target market. This is for the reason that search engine are what people visit to key in the words that they search for, and that is where the search engine ranks the information which matches the key words that were typed on the field. And then after the matching links are pulled up on the screen of the online user which make the user choose which link to go to. If your web site ranks high then chances are, you will be able to capture these potential prospects and the whole business process starts from there.

Aside from this business marketing strategy, you may be able to find many more that can suite your marketing needs. If you are not that confident with one business marketing strategy, you can combine it with other more that may help you in keeping your business up and running till the time yet to come.

The H566 comes either in 320GB, 500GB, or 640GB flavors and utilizes USB 3.0 to transfer files at speeds that max out at 5.0Gbps while providing backwards compatibility with USB 2.0. The drive dons a rather sexy metallic silver casing and ships with data encryption tools for the aluminium hat-wearing folk.

The company claims over and over again in the official presser that it’s the world’s first 2.5-inch USB 3.0 hard drive. But the Seagate PS-110 that we reviewed months ago disagrees. No word on pricing or target market just yet.

World’s first PQI USB3.0 2.5” HDD ~ H566 officially released 10X Transfer Speed & Higher Energy Savings！
2010.3.26

March 26, 2010
PQI’s USB3.0 2.5” portable hard drive H566 has been officially released and it is world’s first USB3.0 2.5” portable hard drive to the market. Since H566 began mass production last week, it has already resulted in a volume of inquiries from domestic and international buyers, making it the first USB3.0 device with significant sales volume. PQI’s H566 not only have spectacular bandwidth of USB3.0, its 2.5” hard drive dimensions is convenient to carry and has aesthetic looks, making it the new IT toy you just got to have!

Digital media these days are geared towards higher resolution and higher definition. USB2.0’s maximum theoretical bandwidth is 480Mbps/sec, which can no longer meet the demands of transferring digital content. H566 uses the latest USB technology to meet these demands. It features a theoretical bandwidth of 5Gbps/sec, which is about 10x that of USB2.0 and is backward compatible with USB2.0. With its faster transfer rate, it means less time required when transferring the same amount of data which translates to less time and electricity used. It provides energy saving and is green, no doubt it will soon become the mainstream peripheral connection interface!

PQI’s 2.5” USB 3.0 external hard drive H566 has a new metallic silver casing that further accentuates its fashion appeal. It is available in 320GB / 500GB / 640GB capacities for users to choose from and all come with the security software, Ur Fortress. It has the complete data encryption function including classified data protection and personal data privacy so users can safely store and manage their data efficiently.

But we really never knew much about it. We didn't know what CPU or GPU it was running, along with if it had 3G, GPS, webcams. But a Spanish site seemingly has all the answers and we like what we hear.

The HP Slate has been showing up in all sorts of places since it’s CES 2010 debut. But we really never knew much about it. We didn’t know what CPU or GPU it was running, along with if it had 3G, GPS, webcams. But a Spanish site seemingly has all the answers and we like what we hear.

The Slate will rock an unspecified Atom CPU chipset that will handle Flash just fine. A memory card reader, USB ports, and a rear-mounted webcam are also mentioned to be included.

A €400 ($546) price is thrown around but let’s not speculate on the $549 USD conversion price. Products like the Slate can range in price dramatically depending on its target market, and let’s just hope HP has enough smarts to price it lower than the competing iPad. After all, so far we still haven’t heard anything about a 3G modem residing within the Slate’s sexy frame.
